Approvals and autonomy
Maivas produces the work. You decide what goes out. This page explains how that gate works and how much you can let Maivas do on its own.
The approval gate
Everything Maivas produces lands on your Approve screen before it goes anywhere. There you can:
- read the asset in full;
- leave inline feedback on a specific part, or a general note;
- request changes, and Maivas revises it; or
- approve it.
When you approve, Maivas gets the work ready to go. Once a decision is made, it is recorded and locked, so there is always a clear history of who approved what.
The money rule
There is one rule that never changes: anything that spends money always needs a person to approve it. Publishing paid ads and changing ad budgets can never be set to happen automatically. This protects your spend and your ad accounts.
Earned autonomy
Over time, you can let Maivas handle more on its own, category by category, if you want to. For each type of action, you choose how much freedom it has:
- Always ask: Maivas proposes, you approve every time.
- Auto (for non-money work only): Maivas can go ahead on its own for that category.
- Block: Maivas does not do that category at all.
You grant this trust deliberately, one category at a time, and only after you have seen Maivas do the work well. Money categories always require your approval, no matter what.
The kill switch
You can stop everything at once. A single control pauses all activity, or all money activity, immediately. Use it any time you want to hold everything while you think.
Build Phase and Maivas Era
In the Build Phase, our team quality-checks the work before it reaches you, then you approve. In the Maivas Era, the work comes straight to you to approve. Either way, you have the final say. See What Maivas is.
