The Brain
The Brain is what Maivas knows about your business. Every campaign, email and piece of creative is built from it. Think of it as the brief you would give a great new marketing hire, kept up to date and always to hand.
The six parts
- Business. The facts: what you do, your sites, your hours, how you operate.
- Brand voice. How you sound. Your tone, your phrases, the personality your marketing should carry.
- Programmes and offers. What you sell: your classes and services, your pricing, your packages, your lead offers.
- Audience. Who you serve: your members and the people you want to reach, their goals and what moves them.
- Integrations. Which of your accounts are connected and what they cover.
- Guardrails. Your rules. What Maivas must and must not do, and how much it can do on its own before you approve.
How it fills up
The Brain starts from your onboarding survey. From there it grows: from what you tell Maivas in Talk, from what Maivas learns as campaigns run, and from you editing it directly. Each fact carries a status, so you can see what is confirmed versus what Maivas has proposed and is waiting on you to confirm.
Versioned, so nothing is lost
Every change to the Brain is kept as a version. If something is edited and you want the earlier wording back, the history is there. This also means you can see how your business knowledge has developed over time.
Completeness
The Brain shows how complete each section is. Filling the gaps is the single best thing you can do to improve Maivas's output, because a richer Brain means sharper, more on-brand work.
Your data
The Brain holds knowledge about your business, not a copy of your members' records. How it is stored and protected is covered in Your data and the Privacy Policy.
