Getting started
This is what happens when you first come on board with Maivas, and what to do in your first week.
1. Your workspace
Your business gets its own private workspace. Everything Maivas knows and does for you lives there, walled off from every other business. You sign in with your email, and you can invite your team later (see Roles and access).
2. The onboarding survey
Maivas starts by learning your business. You answer a survey covering the things a good marketer would ask on day one: what you offer, your hours and sites, your pricing and packages, who your members are, what you have tried, what your goals are, and your brand voice. Answer as fully as you can. The better the input, the sharper everything Maivas produces.
Your answers are business-level. Maivas is not asking for a list of your members.
3. Building the Brain
Once you submit the survey, Maivas compiles your answers into your Brain: the structured knowledge it uses for every piece of work. The Brain has six parts (your business, your brand voice, your programmes and offers, your audience, your integrations, and your guardrails). You can review and refine it any time. See The Brain.
4. Connecting your accounts
You connect the accounts Maivas will work inside: your ad accounts, your CRM, your gym software, your website. You only grant what is needed, and you can disconnect any of them whenever you like. See Connectors.
5. Your first campaign and first approval
Maivas produces its first work: a campaign brief, the copy, the creative plan. You review it on the Approve screen. You can leave feedback, ask for changes, or approve. When you approve, Maivas gets it ready to go, and, for anything that spends money, waits for your explicit go-ahead.
Your weekly rhythm
Once you are set up, using Maivas is light-touch. Maivas proposes and produces; you check the Approve screen, give feedback, and approve. You talk to it in Talk when you want something specific. It keeps you posted on what is working.
