Connecting your accounts
Maivas does the marketing inside your own accounts. To do that, you connect them once, and Maivas works there on your behalf. You stay in control: you choose what to connect, and you can disconnect any time.
What you can connect
Available now:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to run and manage your ads and receive your leads.
- GoHighLevel for your CRM and your email and SMS follow-up.
Rolling out:
- Google Ads to run and manage search ads, Google Business Profile to manage your listing, and Google Analytics to read your results.
- Your website (Wix or WordPress) to publish and update content.
- Your gym software (Mindbody, Glofox or PushPress) to read how your membership is tracking.
- Google Drive to share brand assets, if you want to.
How connecting works
You connect through each platform's own secure sign-in. You grant Maivas only the access it needs for the work, nothing more. From then on, Maivas acts inside that account when you ask it to and after you approve.
How your connections are protected
This is the part we take most seriously, because a connection is a key to your account.
- The keys to your connected accounts are encrypted before they are stored. Our database only ever holds a scrambled version, and the code that could unscramble it is held separately.
- Those keys are never shown in the app or sent to your browser. Maivas uses them behind the scenes on its own servers.
- Each business is completely walled off from every other. Your connections and data can never be seen by another business.

Disconnecting
Go to Integrations and disconnect any account. The stored key is removed promptly, and Maivas can no longer act in that account. You can reconnect later if you want.
