Your data, in plain words

This is the short, plain-English version of how Maivas handles your data. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy and the Security page. If the two ever seem to disagree, the Privacy Policy is the binding one.

What Maivas holds

• Your login and business details.
• The knowledge you give it (your Brain).
• The marketing it produces for you.
• Your conversations with it in Talk.
• The encrypted keys that let it work inside the accounts you connect.

What Maivas is built to avoid holding

A second copy of your members and leads. Their records stay in your own systems (your CRM and your gym software). Maivas works with them there, and it reads back aggregated numbers about how your marketing is going, not a personal file on each member.

The keys to your accounts

The keys to your ad accounts and CRM are the most sensitive thing Maivas holds, so they get the strongest protection. They are encrypted before they are stored, the code that could unlock them is kept separately, and they are never shown in the app. Even we cannot read them straight out of the database.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
• We never let one business see or benefit from another business's data. Anything Maivas learns across businesses is stripped of anything identifying and only ever kept as a general pattern.

Your conversations are saved

Your chats with Maivas are stored so you can carry on where you left off. Please keep sensitive personal details out of chat unless they are needed for the work.

Your control

• You can see, correct, export or delete your information.
• You can disconnect any account at any time.
• You can see our team's access to your workspace, and a record of everything they did there.
• If you close your account, your data is exported or deleted, except records we have to keep by law.
