Data deletion
This page explains how to delete your data from Maivas. Maivas is operated by Move Me Media Pty Ltd (ACN 699 626 385). It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account and data
To delete your Maivas account and the data we hold for your business, email info@movememedia.com.au from the email address on your account, or ask us in the app, and request deletion. We will:
- confirm the request with you;
- disconnect your connected accounts and delete the stored connection credentials;
- delete your workspace data (your Brain, campaigns, assets, chat history and account details); and
- complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we are required by law to keep (for example tax and billing records), which we retain only as long as the law requires.
If you would like a copy of your data first, ask for an export and we will provide it before deleting.
Disconnect a single account
You do not have to delete everything to cut off access. In the app, open Integrations and disconnect any connected account (for example Meta or Google). The stored credential for that account is removed promptly and Maivas can no longer act inside it.
If you are a member or lead of a business that uses Maivas
Your personal records are controlled by that business, not by Maivas. To access or delete them, please contact the business directly. They are the controller of your data, and we will assist them as their processor. See the Privacy Policy for how this works.
